      \nThere are few seats \u2014 barely twenty in the whole place \u2014 so it is extremely hard to book. But that is part of why eating here feels like a privilege. It is an officially certified Hida beef restaurant, so if you want genuine wagyu in Tainan<\/strong> , this is the place. Staff grill for you here too (please do not improvise with beef of this quality), and they will show you how to pair the seasonings so the ingredients go a level further.<\/p>\n
