True to its founding wish to weave beauty and art into the way we live, 3 Door Hotel has invited, from across the sea, one of Japan’s leading figures in animation \u2014Kimiharu Obata<\/strong>\u2014 to give an inspiring, up-close lecture in the hotel’s beautiful eighth-floor sky garden.<\/p>\n

With more than forty years in the industry, Kimiharu Obata has worked on countless household-name productions, includingDetective Conan, Doraemon, Sailor Moon, Crayon Shin-chan and Anpanman<\/strong>. He is also a co-founder and vice-principal of the AMPS international animation academy, where he has personally trained more than two thousand of the people now leading Japan’s animation industry. This is not only a dream lecture for animation lovers but a rare chance to see behind the scenes of Japanese animation craft!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
