It takes 3-5 minutes by car or bike from the hotel to reach Jinfu Fried Eel Expert. It has been in business for 49 years since 1972. The old store is a must-visit for gourmets to enjoy the delicious fried eel. It is located on Section 1, Fuqian Road, Central and Western District, and is very close to the Confucius Temple business district.<\/p>

Whether it is stir-fried or thickened, the eel and squid pasta will amaze you. The portion is super large and generous, different from that of ordinary stores!! Lots of ingredients. Big pieces. Thick, plus a lot of onions stir-fried over hot fire. The taste and smell are sweet, crispy and rich, and there is no fishy smell of eel!! The texture is chewy, very fresh, and delicious! Sesame oil series is highly recommended: sesame oil fried kidney, sesame oil pork liver soup, the authentic southern sesame oil is fragrant, and it is warmed with old ginger slices. The taste is elastic, crispy and fragrant, not dry at all, and the soup is also very delicious and the taste is just right.<\/p>

The store’s business hours are from 10:30 am to 12:30 am. It is an old Tainan food restaurant that is worth queuing up for during late-night snack time, but you will have to wait quite a long time!<\/p>
